Join us at OstBau #2, the specialized trade fair dedicated to boosting the regional construction industry in Eastern Germany. Exhibitors Profile

Trade fair and exhibition conditions:

Event Location: OstBau #2 will be held at Ernst-Thälmann-Straße 3c, 16321 Bernau OT Börnicke, referred to as the “exhibition site.”
Event Duration and Hours: The event runs from May 30 to June 1, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Registration: Exhibitors must register using a specific form, send it to info@messe-ostbau.de, and receive a stand assignment to confirm participation. Registration can be denied by the organizer.
Fees and Payment: Rent for space is €200 plus VAT. Additional fees apply for demonstrations. Invoices are due within 14 days; late payments may incur fees.
Setup and Dismantling: Setup occurs May 27-29 and early morning of the first fair day; dismantling on the last day and subsequent dates. Stands must comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Deliveries: Addressed to Hoffmann Baumaschinen GmbH/OstBau with clear markings for proper assignment.
Stand Management and Advertising: The stand must be staffed during fair hours, and advertising is restricted to the stand area or demo site.
Security and Access: Security will monitor the premises; exhibitors and staff must adhere to specified access times.
Liability and Insurance: The organizer has liability insurance but is not liable for minor negligence. Exhibitors must insure their stands and personnel.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must still honor partial payment of the rent, with specific refunds available based on notice given.
Catering: Only authorized parties by the organizer may sell food and drinks.
Publication: Exhibitor details will be listed in the directory and program if participating in demos.
Severability Clause: Invalid provisions of the contract will be replaced to reflect the original intent as closely as possible.
Jurisdiction: Legal disputes will be handled in Bernau.
