Wolfsburg Trade Fair's Roles:

• Acts as the technical partner
• Manages the exhibitor portal for stand registration
• Handles booth assignment and placement
• Assists with technical and organizational questions
• Manages billing for stand rentals and services

Becoming an Exhibitor:

• Registration is by application/approval
• Companies with offerings matching IZB nomenclature are eligible
• Former exhibitors are automatically notified of registration start

Placement Requests:

• Requests can be made during registration
• Efforts are made to accommodate requests, but no guarantee is given

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation before stand allocation is free
• After allocation, cancellation may incur charges depending on re-letting possibility

Hall Plan:
