Introduction:
DENSO, a global leader in mobility solutions, plans to invest $69 million to build a state-of-the-art logistics center in Lebanon, Tennessee.
Facility:
The new 280,000-square-foot center is scheduled to break ground in summer 2026, with operations expected to begin in spring 2027. It will replace DENSO’s existing Wilson County facility, offering a larger and more technologically advanced space. All current Wilson County employees will have the opportunity to transition to the new facility through a phased relocation plan, ensuring workforce continuity and operational stability.
Backed by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and the Joint Economic & Community Development Board of Wilson County, Tennessee (JECDB), this project reflects DENSO’s strong commitment to the region and collaboration with local leaders to foster innovation.
Our new logistics center will enhance delivery efficiency for our customers while providing our team with opportunities to work with cutting-edge robotics and automation technologies, said a DENSO spokesperson. It’s a strategic investment that benefits both our workforce and our customers, preparing us for long-term success.
The project will preserve 100 local jobs and strengthen DENSO’s operational efficiency, competitiveness, and customer service across North America.
