The e-Delivery 17 will circulate through the streets of São Paulo and has the capacity to transport 17.3 tons, around 3 tons more than the e-Delivery 14 model (14.5 tons) thanks to an optimized design of engineering, derived from the flexible modular architecture of the e-Delivery project."This is yet another variant of the e-Delivery family. Although it is the largest e-Delivery truck in the family, the model maintains the dimensions to operate in circulation restriction zones, as an urban cargo vehicle (VUC), and features a front axle with greater load capacity, reinforced chassis and suspension, configuration 6x2, lower loading platform for easier loading and unloading, full air suspension for greater comfort and dual wheels on both rear axles.

The vehicle also features a new battery configuration: four packs or six packs, reaching a range of up to 180 kilometers. The vehicle is already starting tests in real operation this December, with the objective of evaluating its real application with customers. This prototype arrives to serve operations that demand a high load density in urban compact vehicles and also the distribution of drinks with up to eight pallets.

The 17-ton e-Delivery carries all the on-board intelligence that is already characteristic of the VWCO electric family, with systems for greater energy efficiency and also maximum safety on board.
