14 March 2025

Iochpe-Maxion SA, a global leader in the production of automotive wheels and one of the leading producers of automotive structural components in the Americas, announced that Pieter Klinkers, current Chief Executive Officer of Maxion Wheels, will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Iochpe-Maxion SA, replacing Marcos Oliveira, who will step down at the end of his term, in accordance with the senior management succession plan. Mark Gerardts will be the new CEO of Maxion Wheels, replacing Klinkers. Gerardts, currently President of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Business Unit, joined the company in 2015 and has since held various roles with increasing responsibilities.

Oliveira has been nominated by the Iochpe-Maxion Board of Directors to be a candidate for election to the Board of Directors at the next ordinary general shareholders' meeting, scheduled for April 16, 2025.

Iochpe-Maxion proudly hopes that the well-prepared and efficient transition will be supported by appropriate communication, ensuring continuity in the management of the company's business.
