Eaton will showcase its full range of angular spring clutches, diaphragm spring clutches, concentric air clutch actuators and its ServiceRanger commercial vehicle diagnostic solutions.

Eaton will also showcase its Advantage Series diaphragm spring automated clutches for all makes and models of automated manual transmissions in the EMEA market. These clutches meet strict OEM quality standards, reduce idle noise and reduce high vibration while delivering exceptional performance and extending clutch life.

Eaton will also showcase its electronic clutch actuator designed for its UltraShift Plus transmission, as well as its concentric air clutch actuators for DT12 ® , Volvo I-Shift and Mack mDRIVE ™ automated manual transmissions . Concentric air clutch actuators help optimize vehicle performance by working with the vehicle’s automated manual transmission to continuously determine the ideal clutch release position and clutch actuation as the transmission shifts. Many trucks currently equipped with automated manual transmissions are out of factory warranty, so fleet customers need reliable parts to perform repairs and maintenance. Installing a concentric air clutch actuator during clutch servicing can help reduce repair time and costs while reducing downtime due to unscheduled maintenance.

To support existing automated manual transmissions in the marketplace, Eaton offers its ServiceRanger ™ 4 Pro Plus (SR4 Pro Plus) software. This diagnostic and service software is designed to support all Eaton automated manual transmissions, hybrid powertrain systems, Eaton Advantage Automated Series clutches and Eaton Cummins automated transmission technologies. In addition, an “App Center” allows users to calibrate all makes and models of diaphragm spring clutches and concentric air clutch actuators for DT12® , Volvo® I -Shift and Mack mDRIVE ™ automated manual transmissions .
