Intelligent power management company Eaton today announced that it will display a series of products at booth D11 in Hall 3 of Automechanika Frankfurt. Aftermarket clutch solutions for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) market. Eaton will showcase its complete product line of angle spring clutches, diaphragm spring clutches, concentric pneumatic clutch actuators and ServiceRanger diagnostic solutions for commercial vehicles.

Angle spring clutch for automatic manual transmission, available in two series. The Advantage series uses belt drive technology to improve mid-plate connections for more reliable performance while eliminating squeak and component fatigue. In addition, they are designed with double-sealed release bearings to achieve best-in-class 80,000 km lubrication intervals, reducing maintenance downtime. Eaton also offers the EverTough ® series, which provides a more cost-effective solution for vehicles over 7 years old.

Eaton will also showcase its Advantage series of automatic diaphragm spring clutches, suitable for all makes and models of automatic manual transmissions (AMT) in the EMEA market. Manufactured to the strict quality standards of the original vehicle manufacturer (OEM), these clutches minimize idle noise while reducing severe vibration and providing excellent efficiency and longer clutch life.

Eaton will also showcase its electronic clutch actuator designed specifically for UltraShift Plus transmissions, as well as its Concentric Pneumatic Clutch Actuator (CPCA) for the DT12® , Volvo I-Shift and Mack mDRIVE ™ AMT. The concentric pneumatic clutch actuator works with the vehicle's AMT to continuously determine the ideal release position and clutch activation during transmission shifts, thereby helping to optimize vehicle performance. Many trucks currently equipped with AMT no longer have factory warranties, so fleet customers need reliable parts to complete repairs and maintenance. Replacing a concentric pneumatic clutch actuator during clutch repair can help save repair time and cost while reducing downtime for unscheduled maintenance.
