Keyloop accelerates fully integrated omnichannel retailing in the automotive sector with definitive agreement to acquire Automotive Transformation Group (ATG)

Keyloop, a leading global automotive technology company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ATG, an innovative provider of omnichannel retail solutions. announced that it had been concluded.

Headquartered in Kent, UK, ATG employs over 330 people. The company's solutions are chosen by auto retailers, OEMs, financiers, and fleet suppliers at more than 10,000 retailers in more than 80 countries to help make the car buying experience easier.

The global automotive industry is facing major changes, including rising customer expectations. A seamless experience across both digital and physical touchpoints is an essential goal for the industry. This goal is made difficult to achieve by the complexity of historical processes.
