ArvinMeritor, Inc., a premier global supplier of a broad range of integrated systems, modules and components, has proposed to open a new Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) facility in Monterrey, Mexico. Providing space for the axle and brake assembly operations and component manufacturing, the facility offers about 400,000 square feet and is scheduled to start production in May 2008. Commenting on this occasion, Carsten Reinhardt, president of CVS for ArvinMeritor regarding the facility said,”This investment demonstrates our commitment to being a leading supplier in the North American truck industry.”
