Denso Indonesia Kicks Off Third Auto Parts Factory

Industry Minister Saleh Husin on Friday inaugurated the third plant of Denso Indonesia, a joint venture between a Japanese and Indonesian auto parts manufacturers, in Bekasi, east of Jakarta.

“I appreciate Denso Indonesia’s contribution in supporting the government’s efforts to spur economic growth by continually developing high technology-based auto component in the country,” Saleh said.

The new plant will manufacture a variety of automotive products, including variable camshaft timing technology, wheel speed sensors, simplified integrated fuel systems, meter clusters, sonars, electric control units, alternators, motor stators and spark plugs.
