Pressure & Gravity Die Casting Dies:
Pressure & Gravity die casting dies are used for producing 2 wheeler, 4-wheeler engine castings and other applications. Pressure & Gravity die casting dies are used for producing components with weight ranging from 100 Gms to 4000 Gms, and from 120 to 800 Tons. Pressure & Gravity die casting dies are used for developing multi cavity, offset injection, center injection, thick wall and thin wall components.
Low Pressure Die Casting Dies with Atomization:
Low pressure die casting dies with automation are used for producing cylinder heads, cover, alloy wheels and foundry equipments like valve body patterns, pump body patterns, cylinder head patterns, transmission case, yoke body and manifolds.
Plastic, Rubber, Injection and Compression Moulds:
Plastic, rubber, injection and compression moulds are used for producing thermoforming moulds and sheet moldings. These molds are used for developing automotive interiors, & exteriors like door, pillar, parcel shelves, 2 wheeler fenders and air filters, bumpers. & spoilers Plastic, rubber, injection and compression moulds are used for developing proto type molds for automobile industry in very less time.
Blow molds are used for producing helmet dies, pet bottle dies and cans. Rubber molds are used for producing compression, injection, transfer automatic and semiautomatic for gaskets, rubber pads, gromet, mats, dampers and washing machine gaskets.
Jigs and Fixtures:
Jigs and fixtures include inspection fixtures, milling/drilling fixtures for automobile molded plastic parts like fender, bumpers and spoilers. M Plus also produces special tooling’s & components projects for the process industry and aerospace industry ,products Racks & pinions for wagon, saw /spiral pipe making tooling, expander tool base for saw pipe manufacturing plants.
In addition, M Plus also undertakes quantity based production support for plastic & pressure die casting components in a design to manufacture concept.
