Lakshmi Precision Screws Limited (LPS) is the largest manufacturer and supplier of industrial and automotive fasteners. The fasteners are widely used in the automobile sector for various applications.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

LPS is equipped with CNC machines or lathe machines, flat die thread rolling machines, circular thread rolling machines, nut tapping machines, drilling machines and traub machines. Moreover, it is also equipped with centre-less grinding machines, pointing machines and turning machines.

LPS' machines are capable of performing after heat treatment, rolling, intricate profile turning, micro-encapsulation, hot dip zinc galvanizing and dacrotising. In addition, they also perform buffing, ultrasonic cleaning, shot blasting and grit blasting.

LPS specialises in the manufacturing and supply of a wide range of standard cold forged high tensile fasteners. There are over 6,000 varieties of products manufactured with diameters from 3mm to 30mm and lengths from 6mm to 300mm.

LPS manufactures high precision socket head cap screws. It also manufactures hex head bolts and screws, hex nuts, dowel pins, stainless steel fasteners and special automotive fasteners.

SHOULDER SCREWS

The company manufactures a wide range of shoulder screws. Amongst their extensive range are steel alloy hexagon socket head screws, shoulder screws and stainless steel hexagon socket head shoulder screws. LPS makes electronic and berg std. inch precision shoulder screws and even produces metric precision shoulder screws and semi precision shoulder screws.

DOWEL PIN

LPS produces varieties of dowel pins. Their products include alloy hardened and ground dowel pins, pull out dowel pins and stainless steel mechanised dowel pins. LPS offers electronic and berg std. precision (slip fit) dowel pins; steel unhardened parallel dowel pins. Their dowel pin range even includes steel tapered dowel pins and steel unhardened taper dowel pins.

Moreover, LPS manufactures dowel pins with internal threads, unhardened steel parallel pins with internal threads and unhardened steel taper pins with external threads.

The Torx® brand of products from LPS are manufactured and marketed by Textron Inc, USA under a licensing agreement. Torx drive systems helps in improving assembly line productivity by reducing the cost.
