CASTING

The company is well equipped to manufacture – from designing to final production –aluminium components made by low pressure die casting and gravity die casting processes (permanent mould). The company has 20 low pressure die casting machines and number of gravity die casting stations. Melting of aluminium is carried out in a highly efficient STRIKO melting furnace and all other allied process like core making and heat treatment process are carried out in-house.

MULTI CYLINDER HEADS / SINGLE CYLINDER HEADS

Continental offers fully assembled cylinder heads. The company has a capacity to produce 350,000 multi cylinder heads per annum and 500mt of aluminium casting. The company is considered to be one of the most favoured OE suppliers by national and global level OEMs. The company executes complete development of fully assembled cylinder heads as per the requirements of customers within 120 days.

INLET MANIFOLDS

Continental Engines has a diversified product range of fully assembled inlet manifolds. The company manufactures world-class fully assembled inlet manifolds at its state-of-the-art plant. It also customises fully assembled inlet manifolds as per customer specifications.

COMPRESSOR MOUNTING BRACKETS

The company manufactures compressor mounting brackets using modern technology. The development of tools including compressor mounting brackets and inlet manifolds is being performed in conformity with global quality standards. Using in-house technology, the company customises inlet manifolds and compressor mounting brackets as per customer specifications.

CRANK CASES / CLUTCH HOUSING

TOOL DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

The tool designing for development of cylinder head, inlet manifold and for all components is an integral part of the company using ProE, Unigraphics and Ideas software.
