CAG Equipments is part of the Rs. 35 Crores CAG group of Coimbatore. Our group is engaged in various business activities including:
Auto servicing (our flagship company Coimbatore Auto Garage - CAG - were also dealers of Daewoo Motors India)

CAG Equipments was founded in 1991 and has been engaged in the business of manufacturing precision turned components in both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Our product list includes:

Rocker brackets for trucks

BEARING CAPS

Bearing caps are made from ductile iron 500/7 and FG 250. These are incredibly accurately machined components made on conventional and CNC vertical milling machines. Annually, over 20,000 units are produced by CAG Equipments.

ROCKER ARM BRACKETS

Like the cylinder heads, our rocker arm brackets are manufactured from material grade FG 250. They are shell-moulded castings, accurate to within 20 microns. Over 400,000 units are produced by CAG Equipments' conventional and CNC vertical machining centres every year.

PRECISION MACHINED ENGINE COMPONENTS

All types of engine components and sub-assemblies are manufactured by CAG Equipments using advanced machinery such as CNC vertical machining centres and CNC turning centres. This allows us to supply precision components to our customers. Annually, we produce over 350,000 units.

CYLINDER HEADS

Our cylinder heads are made from material grade FG 250 (as per customer requirements). With the CNC vertical machining centre, CAG Equipments has the capability to manufacture all types of cylinder heads.

AUTOMOBILE WATER PUMPS AND OIL PUMPS

These heavy-duty reinforced castings are made from material grade FG 250. All water and oil pumps are manufactured with the highest quality unitised seals and precision ground bearings. All pumps undergo a strict quality and endurance testing process prior to dispatch.

We supply all our customers with fully finished, quality components. We have also acquired ISO 9001 certification from RWTUV and are hoping to attain TS certification before December 2006.
