Sachin Forge manufactures and supplies a wide range of forging, precision engineering components, automobile components, press components and industrial components for the defence, automobile and general engineering industries. Founded in 1997, the company specialises in the manufacture and export of a wide range of automobile components that include aluminium and steel forging, defence and industrial components, heat treatment, CNC machining and deep drawn pressed components.

Sachin Forge is equipped with state-of-the-art automotive and aluminium hot forging CNC machining facilities that include ten CNC turning centres, one horizontal machining centre, one vertical machining centre, three MNC controlled lathes and additional automats.

HOT AND COLD FORGING FOR FERROUS AND NON FERROUS MACHINED COMPONENTS

The company manufactures and exports high quality ferrous and non-ferrous forging machined components. The product range includes axles with diameters up to 250mm, spindles with diameters up to 100mm, hooks with diameters up to 100mm, wheel nuts, towing bars with diameters up to 100mm, u-bolts with diameters up to 50mm, axle crosses, knuckle joints, track pins with diameters up to 100mm and forged links. Sachin Forge also supplies fabricated products like jerrican carriers, oilcan carriers, toolboxes and brackets.

Sachin Forge's hot and cold forging facilities include a well-equipped pressing service, consisting of mechanical and hydraulic presses with press capacities from 10t to 600t.

ALUMINIUM HOT FORGING AND STEEL FORGING COMPONENTS

The aluminium hot forging and steel forging machining facility includes a one-tonne capacity belt drop hammer equipped with heat treatment process and a die shop facilities with a forging capacity of 500g to 7kg for aluminium hot forging and 500g to 4kg for steel forging components.

The aluminium hot forging product range includes adjustable yokes, retainers, gear blanks, end piece flanges for axle tubes, flange end pieces, spring plates, shifting forks, brackets, hydraulic presses, aluminium back heads for portable rock drilling, sector gear blanks, sprockets and taper thread coupling.

The aluminium hot forging and steel forging components product range for the defence industry includes:

• Forging of lower bomb bodies
• Forging of tail adapters for 51mm bombs
• Nose adapter forging and machining for 81mm bombs

Sachin Forge also supplies steel forging components that include silencer flanges, bottom chambers, upper chambers, square flanges, seal gauges, gear shaft RH, steering arms, yokes and nuts for automotive industry.

EQUIPMENT FOR DEVELOPING AUTOMOTIVE AND FORGING COMPONENTS

Sachin Forge is equipped with a forge shop, die shop, fabrication shop, heat treatment equipment and testing equipment for the fabrication of machined products. The company has a range of belt drop forging hammers, mechanical power presses, hydraulic presses, an oil fired furnace, air compressors, tool and cutting grinders, pintograf engraving machines, an electrical furnace with temperature controllers, quenching tanks, an MPI testing machine, welding transformers, and laboratory equipment along with a finishing facility.
