Evercoat Paints - Automotive Refinished Paint and Industrial Coatings

EverCoat Paints (M) Sdn Bhd specialises in 2K automotive refinished paint, industrial coatings for metal, plastics and coil coatings. Started business operations in 1979 as importers, exporters and distributors of paints, varnishes and other related products, EverCoat offers several types of paints such as clearcoat, polyester putty, primer filler, binder and coated chrome and alloy wheels.

The paints made by the Malaysia-based company are widely used in high bake coatings systems, spraying equipment and various components in the automobile industry. The TS 16949-certified company supplies its paints to automobile OEMs, automobile workshops, and manufacturers of plastic components and alloy rim manufacturers.

CLEARCOAT

Clearcoat is available in two packs - 2K evercoat 21.00 clearcoat and evercoat 4:1 clearcoat. The premium and acrylic urethane clearcoat ensures the longevity of the coating. The acrylic urethane clearcoat is activated with 2K 21:22 hardener for greater quality. The clearcoat delivers durability and protection from a smooth wet look finish in just two coats. The clearcoat comes with chemical resistance to give a long-lasting finish.

POLYESTER PUTTY

EverCoat polyester putty combines all the best features required of filler. The polyester putty is a filler used for levelling uneven surfaces. Consisting of fine granulometry properties, EverCoat’s polyester putty is suitable for maximum levelling of both small and large areas.

EverCoat’s polyester putty is properly mixed with its hardener as per the standard requirements. The polyester putty does not cause enamel staining.

PRIMER FILLER

Our primer filler is a very effective transparent adhesion sealer. The versatile transparent primer filler is available with wet-on-wet primer / surface with excellent adhesion properties. Primer filler is especially useful for respray, particularly where the masking of door shuts is not as critical as with conventional non-sand primers.

Our latest evercoat primer filler 700 is suitable for rapid drying cellulose primer filler. The primer filler 700 is ideal for the repair of all types of original car finish.

COATED CHROME AND ALLOY WHEELS

We offer coated chrome and alloy wheels in innovative designs. Considering the ever-changing requirements in the sports models, we constantly develop several coated chrome and alloy wheels. We practise stringent quality parameters for producing coated chrome and alloy wheels to global standards.

We upgrade our coated chrome and alloy wheels regularly as new models come up. We also customise coated chrome and alloy wheels as per our customer's specifications. The company has developed special coatings for chrome and alloy wheels.
