Calex Auto is associated with the manufacture and export of total pipe, hose and tube solutions for automotive, agricultural (tractors, combines, threshers, etc.) and industrial applications.

Our product range includes oil and fuel hoses, fuel injection pipes, brake hose assemblies, hydraulic hose assemblies, fabricated tube assemblies, PTFE hose assemblies, nylon tube assemblies, radiator hoses and rubber hoses.

OIL AND FUEL HOSES

Our fuel and oil hoses are synthetic rubber flexible tubes of various sizes and lengths with wire braiding, cotton braiding, cotton-reinforced, etc. with or without end connections.

FUEL INJECTION PIPES

Our fuel injection and oil pipes are solid steel tubes bent in different shapes and fitted with the required end connections. These pipes are used for injecting fuel in diesel engines.

HYDRAULIC AND AIR BRAKE HOSE ASSEMBLIES

Our hydraulic and air brake hose assemblies are the most critical assemblies of automobiles in respect to safety as they are directly related to the brakes. Each and every possible test, as per international standards such as SAE J1401 and J1402, IS, DIN, etc., is performed to produce reliable assemblies.

HYDRAULIC HOSE ASSEMBLIES

Our hydraulic hose assemblies are produced as per international standards, such as SAE, DIN and ASTM, and the end connections are manufactured to suit the customer's specific requirements. We manufacture an entire range of hydraulic hose assemblies for automotive, agricultural and industrial use.

FABRICATED TUBE ASSEMBLIES AND ALLIED PRODUCTS

We manufacture various types of pipe and tube assemblies from outer diameter of 2mm to 100mm with wall thicknesses of 0.5mm to 6.35mm, duly bent at various radius and angles.

NYLON TUBES AND POLYURETHANE TUBE ASSEMBLIES

Nylon tubes are fast replacing steel tubes due to their better manoeuvrability and cleaner internal diameters. They are also able to sustain more pressure, and are more resistant to temperature and various fuels, such as petrol, diesel, etc.

PTFE HOSE ASSEMBLIES

Special purpose PTFE hoses are used for dispensing dilute or concentrated acids, solvents, caustics, hot-lacquers, oxidizing agents, fuel oils, steam, gases, drugs, foods, etc. They work under temperatures from -73°C to +260°C. We provide end connections entirely as per the customer requirement to ensure the best solution for their applications.

RADIATOR HOSES

Radiator hoses, mainly of EPDM, are used to prevent an engine from getting overheated to maintain optimal temperature level.

BRAKE, CLUTCH AND FUEL TUBES

We make the entire range of brake pipes, clutch pipes and fuel pipes for all vehicles operating in India, which also conform to all international standards like SAE, DIN ASTM, etc.

RUBBER HOSES

We manufacturers all types of straight and bent type rubber hoses made of EPOM, Neoprene, Hypalon, Silicon, Nitrile, etc.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The company has a strong and highly dependable infrastructure. Its products are manufactured at an integrated plant situated in Delhi. An well-equipped plant with all sorts of modern facilities, it adheres to ISO 9001: 2000 production norms and practices and is moving towards the TS 16949 accreditation. Calex Auto is one of the very few in this industry to have embarked upon a backward integration process. Our manufacturing procedures are comprised of comprehensive shop floor management and effective inventory control.
