STAR SERIES AUTOMOBILE BRAKE PADS

The Star series pads and shoes are manufactured for general driving on city roads. They are made with a capacity of 35,000km lifespan with stable performance. The other features of the product are heat-resistant, low noise, high shearing strength, attractive appearance, high impulse resistance, low wear, good friction, proper hardness and less dust. The Star series also allows sensitive braking.

SUPER SERIES AUTOMOTIVE DISC BRAKE PADS

These Super series products are manufactured for frequency braking requirements and for braking on mountainous terrain. They are made with a life span capacity of 5,000km to 35,000km with a stable performance. The products manufactured are extremely hard and noiseless. They have a long rotor life, long pad life, exceptional stopping power, a low dust level and a low fading level with low rotor scoring level.

AUTOMOTIVE BRAKE SHOES

A brake shoe is a curved metal block that presses against and arrests the rotation of a wheel or brake drum. Restraint is provided when the linings of the brake shoes are moved hydraulically against the brake drum to stop its rotation. The brake shoes manufactured by the company are heat-resistant, of low noise and high shearing strength, have an attractive appearance and high impulse resistance and feature low wear, good friction, proper hardness and less dust. They also allow sensitive braking.

STEEL PLATES AND AUTOMOTIVE ACCESSORIES

Hi-Pad also manufactures varied range of high quality steel plates and other accessories. Our special purpose grades that may be highly formable or have enhanced debility may be individually developed to customer specifications, as well as selected grades from international standards. All customer requirements can be considered, by enquiry, with positive responses being dependant upon technical requirement, tonnage and size.

APPROVED CAR BRAKE DISC MATERIALS

The rubbing materials of the company have been approved by China non-metal materials supervision and examination centre with each criteria meeting the requirements of GB5763-98. It is also approved by the Detroit LINK examination and has acquired the VESC-3 certificate. All products provide the advantages of a sensitive performance and are noiseless, free from pollution and ensure a long life.

Shuanglong mainly manufactures asbestos-free type disc brake pads. It possesses world-class equipment and technology, specially designed and manufactured to North American prescriptions.
