Dyna-K Automotive Stampings Pvt Ltd, an Indian based company, is the leading manufacturer and exporter of precision stampings, pressed components and assemblies for the automotive industry.

Established in 1985 in Pune MIDC Industrial Area, 160km from Mumbai International Airport, Dyna-K caters to the requirements of critical stampings for automotive brake applications and critical safety requirements of stampings in seats, suspensions, axles, turbo chargers and other automotive and engineering applications.

Dyna-K's range of products includes metallic / non-metallic stampings and assemblies in a variety of materials – ferrous, non-ferrous and non-metallic. We also offer critical parts for turbochargers and emission products that include heat tubes for catalytic converter applications and discs for two-wheeler disc brake applications. Non-automotive products include high-volume metal stampings for the electrical and electronic industry segments.

BACK PLATES / ANCHOR PLATES

Dyna-K manufactures a wide range of critical stampings for automotive brake applications. We supply back plates / anchor plates for automotive drum brakes having diameters ranging from 6in to 14in. Drum brake back plates / anchor plates are made of HSLA / EDD steel and have thicknesses ranging from 1.80mm to 5.00mm. Our drum brake back plates / anchor plates find applications in passenger cars, SUVs, MUVs and light and heavy trucks. We also manufacture disc brakes for motorcycles.

DEEP-DRAW BRAKE VACUUM BOOSTER SHELLS AND PISTON PLATES

Our booster shells and piston plates find applications in passenger cars, SUVs, MUVs and light and heavy trucks. Dyna-K designs and manufactures deep-draw brake vacuum booster shells and piston plates having diameter range from 5in to 10in. The deep-draw brake vacuum booster shells and piston plates are made of EDD steel and have thicknesses ranging from 0.08mm to 1.80mm.

LCV / HCV AIR BRAKE SYSTEM SHEET METAL PARTS

Our LCV / HCV airbrake system sheet metal parts range includes cylinder housings, clamp rings, deep draw non-pressure and pressure shells for hydraulic brakes and pressure and non-pressure chambers.

AXLE PARTS

The company offers axle housing covers for light and heavy commercial vehicle axles with cold extruded and flow formed threads. Our axle housing covers are available in thicknesses ranging from 1.80mm to 7.00mm. Dyna-K also offers welded / fabricated axle mounting bracket assemblies.

SUSPENSION PARTS

Dyna-K manufactures critical front and rear suspension arms, wish bone arm assemblies and spring seats for Ford and Suzuki passenger cars. Our wide range of assemblies include critical drawn parts, critical rubber, machined and forged parts welded under strict quality control and finished with epoxy and epoxy / polyester coatings designed to withstand up to 1,000 hours salt spray tests.

TURBOCHARGERS

Dyna-K designs non-automotive products for the electrical and electronic industry segments and small automotive parts for applications in turbochargers, axles, brakes and emission products. The range includes:

STAMPING, ASSEMBLY AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES

Dyna-K's stamping facility includes a variety of mechanical and hydraulic presses in the range of 250KN to 5,000KN. The mechanical and hydraulic presses are capable of cold working ferrous materials of thicknesses up to 10mm.

Our assembly facility is equipped with MIG, TIG, projection and resistance spot welders to deliver product assemblies for seats, suspension and axles.

The company is also equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, measuring instruments and equipment for the manufacturing of critical stampings. The product development facility includes an in-house tool design team and tool manufacturing facility.
