Paragon Car Carpets & Components Sdn Bhd (PCCC) is the FIRST car carpet manufacturer in Malaysia to be certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 and QS 9000 simultaneously. In March 2005, PCCC achieved quality standards ISO / TS 16949 from TUV. Automotive Floor Carpet

A wide range of automotive floor carpets are produced. The company has been manufacturing automotive floor carpets for 20 years. Automotive floor carpets are innovatively designed. Automotive floor carpets range includes both 1/10’ and 5/64’ tufted carpets; non woven and dilour random velour carpets utilizing materials such as PP, PET and BCF Nylon.

Polyeurethane Foam backed automotive floor carpets, capable of reducing NVH are produced. Automotive floor carpets are supplied to high-end automotive assemblers such as Mercedez, BMW, Volvo etc. A skill team ensures automotive floor carpets are manufactured to customers’ requirements.

Floor Mat (Car Mat)

High quality floor mats (car mats) are produced and exported. A strong R&D team enables manufacturing of floor mats (car mat) with high-low cut/loop carpets with designs and level cut/loop carpets etc. These floor mats (car mats) come with a choice of BCF nylon (single and twisted), PP and polyester materials.

Floor mats (car mats) are mouldable and non-mouldable with backing options such as rubber, TPR and PVC. PCCC floor mats (car mats) are quality and safety compliant. Anti-slipping spike TPR and PVC floor mats prevent slipping. Design, texture, colour and finishing of floor mats (car mats) enhance the aesthetic value of car. Serged and binding edges are options for customers’ preferences in these floor mats (car mats).

Trunk Mat

Trunk mats serve a dual purpose. Trunk mats protect trunk areas from scratches and damages. Trunk mats also serve as extra cushion for cargos. The company has various designs for trunk mats. These trunk mats fit snugly into the car trunk without rippling. PCCC trunk mats are made from durable, lightweight, high-quality and high-density material. The company is currently supplying trunk mats to leading OEMs such as Proton, Perodua, Naza Kia, etc.

Dash Insulators and Silencers

The company manufactures top quality dash insulators and silencers. Dash insulators and silencers are NVH reducing. These dash insulators and silencers are used to reduce dynamic noise generated from sections of the cars. PCCC manufactures quality and effective dash insulators and silencers. The company designs dash insulators and silencers as user-friendly products. Dash insulators and silencers from the company are made from high quality raw material. PCCC’s dash insulators and silencers are made with options of polyurethane foam or felt backing and are mouldable to fit in sections of car body.

Paragon is the only commercial carpet manufacturer in Malaysia with ISO 9001 accreditation from SGS, UK. Wide range of machine-tufted commercial carpets: plain, graphic designed and cut/loop, axminster (4m and 3.66m broadloom), carpet tiles and customized axminster rugs and needle punch carpet are produced.

Custom-designed commercial carpets in innovative designs and colours are offered. Design range for commercial carpet includes classical, geometrical, and textural to floral and bordered patterns. The company maintains a wide network of authorized dealers of commercial carpets internationally.
