JPK has more than 180 injection moulding machines installed that range from 10T to 450T in Size. 2-shot and super high precision injection moulding machines support the operations of conventional all electric and hydraulic machines. To meet the customer demands and achieve engineering excellence JPK uses both Japanese and German injection moulding machines. Types of injection moulding machines installed by JPK include Arburg, Demag, Toyo, Nissei and Sumitomo. The injection moulding machines operate in a 24X7 environment, and are supported by an in-house maintenance facility for carrying out CNC machining, milling, EDM, welding, drilling/boring, grinding and polishing. A preventative maintenance system is installed to minimize the downtime of injection moulding machines.
JPK maintains a team of multi skilled assembly operators. JPK has developed enhanced assembly techniques to ensure high quality and on time delivery of products. The assembly operations aim at achieving continuous improvement through Kaizen. JPK offers highly flexible assembly solutions by continuously upgrading its assembly techniques.
The mould design and manufacturing operations include both new mould development and production support for the injection moulding operations. Engineers and toolmakers involved in mould design and manufacturing undergo continuous knowledge up-gradation. JPK produces up to 60 injection moulds per month at its mould design and manufacturing facility. A number of design and simulation facilities to support mould design and manufacturing are maintained. Mould design and manufacturing operations are streamlined phase by phase to facilitate smooth and timely production. The mould design and manufacturing operation is followed by quality testing for producing error free products.

The company maintains extensive facilities for development of optical and super high precision moulding used in optical pick up lens. In optical and super high precision moulding typical surface form factor accuracies of directly machined inserts are maintained in the 0.01 microns and below range.
