H.G.Shah and Co also produces speed reducing equipments and components like gear products and rolling chain wheels. Gear products include manufacture and supply of industrial gear couplings ranging from size 32 to 450 & CTB. Industrial gears from H.G.Shah and Co include helical gears and automotive gears in standard & non standard module/DP profiles as per customer specifications. The automotive gears are produced under multi ribbed gear grinding machines and tested under CNC leads reducing the cost factor. They also manufacture roller chain wheels which reduce noise and downtime maintenance costs. It can eliminate lubrication system and has no effect from erosion.

Shaft Mounted Speed reducer gear box

H.G.Shah supplies HITCON gear box that is mounted directly over the drive shaft without a dedicated foundation. The HITCON speed reducing gear box handles maximum load with a hardened precision, steel alloy helical gears arranged on micro finished shafts. The device is well housed, providing an ever accurate alignment of all components.
