Rolling Lobe airsprings are used for bus, truck and trailer airsuspensions. Being able to support variable loads, while providing a constant natural frequency has made these airsprings become the most popular used by suspension designers worldwide. Sizes are ranging from 82 mm to over 375 mm diameter and total stroke capabilities from less than 55 mm to more than 495 mm.

Convoluted Bellows or Extend-Air Bellows demonstrate excellent performance in many lift-axle applications. Molded Sleeve Bellows are smaller versions of the standard bellows line and are ideal for small truck and recreational vehicle suspensions. Goodyear is also active in Rubber Sleeves airsprings for car suspension and truck cabin suspension. AUTOMOTIVE BELTS : SYNCRONOUS BELTS (TIMING BELTS) AND POLY-V BELTS

Goodyear Engineered Products belts are amongst the most technologically advanced Power Transmission Belts in the world. Whatever the application, the perfect solution can always be offered from an array of styles and sizes constructed from the most comprehensive range of compounds, reinforcements and cross section profiles.

The Eagle Pd timing belt has a unique HOT (Helical Offset Tooth) concept, which in addition to many successfull & extremely quiet synchronous drive applications in the industry has also made its way to demanding car racing, where in particular its reduced vibrations are much appreciated. The more popular choice for passenger cars are still the traditional (straight teeth) Positive Drive timing belts, such as Super Torque Pd, a Goodyear invention and meanwhile an industry standard. Goodyear has an excellent quality track record in supplying several of the leading OE manufacturers, including with demanding common rail diesel engines. The high performance HPPD Plus incorporates new material technology, as well as a design improvement with a parabolic tooth profile, giving greater power capacity without slippage or speed variation.

Whilst still being in competition to the timing chain, Goodyear developed its patented newest "FlexShield" and "Tube Alloy" timing belts, which offer a timing belt with a life-time well exceeding that of many traditional rubber timing belts.
Also Goodyear's Poly-V belts are designed, using leading technology in alternative (non-chloroprene) compounds, fibre-loaded cushion compounds and high power tension cord-members. Goodyear's PUMA construction is increasingly gaining market acceptance at leading engine manufacturers.

Goodyear's patented Helicog (or Gatorback) special Poly-V design is using a unique design, which reduces noise and wet slippage. The Helicog Poly-V design is also being used on several race cars, using a specialy developed high strength Poly-V belt, contributing to victories at the worlds most leading racing events, such as NASCAR and the 24 hours of Le Mans.

Goodyear Airconditioning hoses are a leading product line with true global presence. Goodyear manufactures airconditioning hoses in each construction, as specified by the end-customer : veneer, barrier or all-rubber. For airconditioning systems using R134a (a gas contributing to global warming) it is very important to have as low as possible leakage. With the 4890 construction, which uses a special bonding technology of rubber with plastics, Goodyear offers one of the lowest permeating hoses available in the industry.
Goodyear R&D is also offering or developing hoses which will be working with new technology airconditioining systems, using R744 (CO2) or other alternative refrigerants.

In Hydraulic Brake hoses Goodyear is one of the worlds largest manufacturers and millions of passenger cars daily rely on the excellent braking performance of Goodyear hose. For the truck and bus applications both SAE and DIN Airbrake hoses are used by the world's leading heavy duty vehicle manufacturers.
