Global Autotech belongs to the Suri Group of companies in India. Other companies under the banner include Subros, Rohan Motors, Bharat Hotels and PrimaTel.

Global Autotech is a greenfield manufacturing facility - a state-of-the-art squeeze / vacuum die-cast plant with machining capability for castings. Global Autotech is the only facility in India to have a vertical squeeze casting machine. This machine is used for manufacturing structural and chassis components. The castings made using this process have very high integrity and strength and are suitable for structural and leak-proof applications. Maruti (Suzuki-India) has chosen Global Autotech to supply them with engine mounting brackets for upcoming models. We also deal with Tata Motors as the Tier 2 supplier level.

Global Autotech manufactures hose connector assemblies, high-pressure hose assemblies, tube connectors, magnetic clutch rotors and idler pulleys for use in automotive AC systems.

HOSE CONNECTORS

Global Autotech manufactures hose connector components for use in high-pressure hoses. The machining facilities for hose connectors involve chipless cutting machines, CNC bending machines, automated brazing booths, rubber coating ovens and leak check equipment.

MAGNETIC CLUTCH ROTORS AND IDLER PULLEYS

Global Autotech produces precision-machined magnetic clutch rotors and idler pulleys for automotive AC compressors. These are machined from steel forgings on CNC machines.

Global Autotech is in the final stages of acquiring TS 16949 certification. Global Autotech has a dedicated team of high-calibre technical engineers / experts and skilled personnel. These men have been trained in the vacuum and squeeze casting process in Japan.

Global Autotech has M/s UBE Industries in Japan as its technical partner. The practices followed are pioneering, as UBE is the originator of the squeeze casting process.

GLOBAL AUTOTECH'S FACILITIES

Global Autotech has two plants at Greater-Noida, 35km from New Delhi.

The Global Autotech facility at Greater-Noida is spread over an 80,000m² plot and has five die-casting machines ranging from 375t to 850t capacity. These machines are capable of making parts ranging from 100g to 3kg in weight.

The other plant at Greater-Noida is spread over 14,000m² and manufactures the aluminium tube connectors and hose assemblies (cutting, grooving, bending, brazing, assembling and testing) for car air-conditioners / HVAC. The plant also manufactures precision-machined magnetic clutch rotors and idler pulleys for automotive AC compressors. These are machined from steel forgings on CNC machines.
